Our Story
Founded in 2026 with a simple mission: Build the best docks and seawalls that Florida homeowners can be proud of for decades.
We saw too many waterfront projects that were rushed, poorly designed and managed, or didn’t hold up to Florida’s harsh saltwater and storm conditions. So we started 321 Docks LLC with a different approach — obsessive attention to quality, honest communication, and true craftsmanship.
Today, our small but highly skilled team has completed hundreds of custom docks, seawalls, boat lifts, and complete waterfront transformations across Central Florida. Every project is personally overseen by the owners.

Josh Sadowski
Operations Manager
Personal Mission at 321 Docks-
Josh has spent over 18 years in various industries as a project leader, technical contributor and tradesman aquiring a wide range of skills to create a lasting impact on the Space Coast and Florida community. As a nearly life long resident, he sees 321 Docks LLC as an opportunity to partner with customers to build high quality, functional and elegant docks that will withstand the elements thrown at our coastal community. As Operations Manager, Josh will treat every project like it is on his personal property and every customer like they are family.
Background-
For the last 10 years, Josh has worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Lead Data Scientist and managed a team of over 20 developers. Prior to that he was a mechanical engineer for an offshore oil and gas company Oceaneering where he designed tools for Remote Operated Vehicles. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. Josh also owns HouseMaster of Melbourne, a home inspection franchise which has been serving Brevard since 2021. He grew up in central Melbourne and is an alumni of Eau Gallie High School, L.B. Johnson Middle School and Dr. W. J. Creel Elementary.
Kevin Albaugh
Project Manager
Personal Mission at 321 Docks-
Kevin has been building docks, decks, seawalls and boat lifts for over 20 years right here on the Space Coast. In that time, he has seen what performs in our environment and what doesn't hold up. Kevin has amased a wide range of skills and enhancements to elevate every build which he feels should be the minimum standard. His attention to detail and passion for marine life appear in every project he does. As project manager, Kevin will ensure every job is aesthetically pleasing and built to last.
Background-
Kevin has 20 years of experience in the marine specialty industry doing everything from demo, dredging, design, docks, decks, seawalls, boat houses and lifts. Kevin also was a merchant marine doing custom fabrication on Carnival Cruise lines solving any problem that came up during the voyages. Prior to the marine industry he was building custom homes up until the devastating house market crash. Kevin moved to Melbourne from Philedelphia right after highschool and has embraced being a Space Coast local ever since.
Kyle Sharp
Crew Foreman
Personal Mission at 321 Docks-
Kyle brings a strong passion for competition to the business which stems from his leadership that started as captain for the EGHS soccer team that won the state championship. At 19, he left all he knew chasing his dream of entrepreneurship and moved to California to begin his own company. He has 18 years of experience in project and people management, customer services and sales. His desire to be the best and deliver the highest quality products put him in a different league than his competition. His goal is to put 321 Docks LLC on the top of every charts in every rating category.
Background-
Kyle has been working for multiple dock and seawall companies in Brevard for 5 years while also starting a new tree service company (Spot On Tree Service). Prior to that he lived in the Florida Keys where he was in the commercial fishing and crabbing industry. From 2010 to 2016, Kyle pursused a horticulture business pertnership in Northern California. He was born and raised in the heart of Melbourne, where he grew up playing sports, ANY and ALL water activities and is an alumni of Eau Gallie High School, L.B. Johnson Middle School and Sabal Elementary.
